Cannot receive voicemail notifications as email

You may need to configure SMTP smart host to route voicemail to email. Please contact your system administrator. 

in vCloud system manager, there is a page to allow you route emails via your Internet email provider, like gmail. Please browse to http://IP_ADDRESS/IG/en/smtpServer.php and fill out the form. Please refer to the attached screenshot.
