Slow in web page, CLI print out: Failed to lock path '/etc/asterisk' Failed to lock path '/etc/asterisk'

The vCloud web page is slow in responding. It cannot make changes or reload some of the configurations immediately. For example, cannot make effective changes in ACD queues. On CLI, it prints out: " Failed to lock path '/etc/asterisk'"

This is due to an earlier crash in asterisk that causing a lock on /etc/asterisk. Remove the file /etc/asterisk/.lock and restart the asterisk.
