How to make a external transfer by using VOP?

Solution

You can make a supervised transfer after you answer an incoming call. Please enter the external number in the 'Dial' field, then press enter. Your extension will be connected to the external number. Hangup the call after you make sure the external number is answered. At this moment the caller should be transferred to the external number.
