How do I make calls and what's the rates?

IP to IP calls are always free. We charge long distance and international calls at very competitive rates. You can look up your rates in your web portal.

You can make extension to extension calls by using 3 or 4 digits. The dialing formats are a little bit difference when calling long distance or international, depending on in which country you have the service. For example, if you have the service in North America, Your dialing format will be:

National Long distance: 1+area code+phone number

International: 011+country code+phone number
