Vida Server Backup and Restore

There are tools for system admin to backup and restore vCloud software. All the dynamic files and data in the database will be copied and saved in a backup file. The system admin can restore the backup sometime later. Regular backups are highly recommended.

The backup data may be huge after long period of operation. We recommend a manual cleanup and backup services. To order the services, please contact us at support@vidanetwork.net. Please allow us to have ssh access to the server. No interruption during the backup.
